Aleesha Young established herself as the top female professional bodybuilder in the final quarter of the decade. Aleesha is from a sport-loving family in 1984. The father and her siblings were ice hockey players, while her father was into bodybuilding. Aleesha was also a participant in various sports such as basketball, soccer, and softball before getting interested in bodybuilding when she was around 15. Aleesha was granted her professional card after winning the NPC USA Championships in 2014. Her first competition began in 2008, but she began competing in 2008. In 2014, the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro saw her compete and she finished 9th. In 2015 she maintained her 9th-place finish. Aleesha was 6th and 7th in 2015 and in 2016 at 2016 at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. After steadily improving, Aleesha won her first pro show in 2019, when she won her first title at the Chicago Pro Championships. In 2020, the bodybuilder had her best WOS Rising-Phoenix performance as she was ranked fourth. The "World's strongest mother" took a break from bodybuilding due to medical reasons.
